TAMMY EBERT

CEO

Tammy is an experienced professional with over 40 years working with small to medium sized businesses in several positions such as Controller, Finance and HR Director, and Senior Accountant.

On April 1, 2021, Tammy purchased One 2 One Marketing inc. She is excited to use her years of experience owning and running various businesses to take the company to the next level.

She uses her extensive history in accounting and human resources, and the quantitative skills that come with it to respond decisively to challenges while determining the best solutions. She enjoys hard work and the rewards that come with her dedication.

Tammy started working with her parents when she was 13 years old, starting with simple bookkeeping. She graduated from Rainy River Community College in her hometown of International Falls, East Grand Forks Technology School, and North Dakota State University in Fargo.

Through the years, Tammy has played a big part in the implementation of two different accounting softwares, HRIS Implementation, procurement/ implementation of a new AV system, and was the project manager on a conversion to a hosted exchange system, to name just a few accomplishments.

She has always had the desire to own a business as there is a deep-rooted entrepreneur within her. Today she is the owner of One 2 One Marketing Inc, TME Business Services LLC and co-owns SwimPossible, with her partner-in-crime and husband, Wayne.

Together, Tammy and Wayne, who is the President of One 2 One Marketing Inc, plan to take the company to the next level by utilizing the assets of the team. Among other goals, they plan a 50% growth over a 5-year period and doubling the staff.
Personal attention and customer service is a top priority to Tammy. She looks forward to building relationships with current and future clients.

During her downtime she enjoys time with family, camping, exploring, hiking, traveling, gardening, and learning new skills. She and her husband have 6 children and 13 grandchildren that keep them hopping.

WAYNE EBERT

PRESIDENT

Wayne Ebert is a visionary and innovative business executive with proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, sales, and marketing. Wayne has thrived in various executive positions, including serving as Owner and CEO of Ebert Tile & Remodeling and Operations Manager for Frame-O-Rama. He has successfully revolutionized each business through sheer determination and creative initiatives. Wayne postulates effective business and marketing plans to increase market share and achieve business goals.

After 20+ years in the framing business, Wayne decided to pursue new ventures in 2021 when he assumed the role of President of One 2 One Marketing, a full-service promotion and recognition agency located outside Minneapolis, MN. In this role, Wayne pioneers all strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.

His multitasking abilities enabled him to monitor multiple facets of businesses simultaneously. As a leader with the ability to inspire large crowds and team members, Wayne has traveled across the United States, delivering training and product demonstrations at trade shows. He has won local, regional, and national awards for his contributions to the picture framing industry. Wayne also served on the local Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) Board of Directors.

In addition to diverse professional experience, Wayne has a passion for professional development. He recently earned his Master of Advertising Specialties (MAS) Certification and continues his training, earning advanced certificates in Leadership and Marketing, as well as expanding roles within the Promotional Products industry.

Wayne’s passion for customer satisfaction and business success has enabled him to guide the development of new businesses. Ultimately, this ambition is what led him to assume the role of President at One 2 One Marketing. Having expertise in building businesses from the ground up allows him to deliver on the promise of excellence through collaborative efforts.

MARY PETERS

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mary has been with One 2 One Marketing for over 9 years and in that time has helped shape the company into what it is today. She has worked in a variety of roles within the company, allowing her to fully understand each department and what is needed to deliver results to our clients.

Mary is One 2 One Marketing’s operations manager and has also recently taken on handling the daily oversight of several key accounts, which has taken the team to a whole new level. She brings a dynamic view and versatility to the department and loves that every day brings something new!

Mary finds great joy in spending time with her husband and kids, attending outdoor concerts and art fairs, and discovering new restaurants. She truly knows the importance of bringing a great balance to her work and home life.

ADRIANE REEVES, PSA

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Promoting positive relationships with your employees and customers to make a difference for your business.

This is what it’s all about for Adriane. What fuels her fire? Strategizing and building relationships with clients to find effective ways to reach their goals.

Whether it’s promoting and growing your business, helping implement your employee uniform program, motivating employees, or recognizing achievements, Adriane loves to help! She understands the importance of listening to your challenges and objectives, and she enjoys providing creative, impactful solutions. If it’s important to you, it’s important to her.

When she’s not at work, you can follow the sounds of the big band music and find her on the dance floor. Adriane loves to Lindy Hop and she applies that fun energy to all areas of her life.

NANCY SMITH

PROGRAM MANAGER

Nancy is the Program Manager at One 2 One Marketing. With over 20 years of experience Nancy oversees the program department and handles the operations of the company stores and websites.

She is a natural problem solver and whether it be a client need, an accounting question, or computer problem she always goes the extra mile to solve any challenges. In her free time she enjoys playing cards with friends, movies, live bands outdoors and cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

LINDSAY SUMPTION

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Lindsay is a Key Account Manager who works with a variety of clients in the Education, Healthcare and Manufacturing Industries. She started as an Administrative Assistant but was soon promoted and has now been with One 2 One Marketing for two years. Not having been in the promotional products industry before she found that the industry was very extensive but soon discovered that she enjoyed helping the clients to achieve their branding goals and what better way to do that been helping others shop (not bad)!

When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time playing with her two young girls, relaxing at the many family lake property’s, hanging out with friends and family, the Minnesota State Fair and enjoying a glass of wine!

MELISSA WALTON

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Melissa Walton comes to One 2 One Marketing, Inc. with over 15 years of experience in advertising, sponsorship and promotional sales, fundraising and public relations. Melissa is passionate about helping clients maximize their brand awareness and marketing goals!

She has held a variety of positions over her career with The Boy Scouts of America, University of Wisconsin, CBS Radio Group, The Chicago Bears Radio Network and Comcast-NBC Universal. She received both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree with a concentration in advertising-marketing from DePaul University in Chicago. She is certified in event management and has previously held training roles in the areas of Business Development, as a member of NACRO (Network of Corporate Relations Officers) and recently completed her CAS Certification as well.

Melissa enjoys spending her down time with her husband of 13 years and their three (very active) children…she also loves to cheer on her hometown Chicago Bears, even in Viking’s country.
