One 2 One Marketing, located just outside Minneapolis, MN, is a full-service promotion and recognition agency with over 15 years of experience. Our team is committed to assisting you in achieving your marketing goals and improving your business results.

We offer programs and services designed to enhance brand awareness, engage and motivate employees and recognize individual and organizational achievement. One 2 One specializes in company stores, service anniversary programs and point-based incentive programs.

When Elaine Grundhauser launched her company, One 2 One Marketing, she selected a name that came from her heart. She knew one of the main ingredients to building a successful business was developing and sustaining strong relationships.

Cultivation played a key role in her belief. The way to build solid, one-2-one relationships was never forgetting all the little things that impact the quality of those bonds. Things like creativity, responsiveness, dependability, flexibility, excellent customer service and a genuine appreciation for a clients’ business.

Over 15 years later, these “little things” have turned out to be not so little. Elaine’s philosophy has become the cornerstone for how she runs her business today and is significant to the culture of the company. She has created an environment where she and her team consistently focus on the fine details in order to provide a first class operation. Because of this customers are comfortable and confident doing business with One 2 One Marketing…and want to keep coming back.

Elaine Grundhauser has been involved in the promotional products industry her entire career. After working for some of the top companies in the industry, Elaine started One 2 One Marketing in 1995. Her vision was to create a company committed to developing innovative solutions through the use of promotional products to meet clients’ marketing objectives.  She knew that building strong relationships was an important factor in achieving this goal and thus the name, “One 2 One Marketing,” and the company was born.

Dave Thorman joined One 2 One Marketing in April, 2009 and currently shares overall management duties of the company with president, Elaine Grundhauser. He brings to the table a wealth of experience in developing company stores, sales/safety incentive programs and recognition programs. Prior to joining One 2 One, Dave held senior management positions at Brown & Bigelow, Jostens and Carlson Marketing Group.
